We collect and analyse online offer for a selected product category, and deliver accurate market data about products, pricing, placement, and promotional activities.

So, let’s start from the beginning.
What is raw data?
Raw data is unstructured data or information. In our case, it will be one digital position from the online offer of a certain retailer.
Over 2,500,000 such positions are collected and processed multiple times a day and all we can gather in the digital position (URL) becomes our raw data, including product name, price, availability, promotion status etc.
Robot/bot
It’s not a robot like the one in the picture.
It’s a computer program that performs repetitive functions of machine content collection on the Internet. Like in cartoons, there are always good and bad characters. It’s the same with robots in real life.
✔️ Good bots collect offers and make shopping easier for us (Google bots, Instagram bots, Facebook bots,…) and ❌ bad bots collect account numbers, cards, passwords.
💡 Interesting fact: 42% of total Internet traffic were (to)bots! (Statista, 2021).
We use bots to collect the data, so there is no need for users to manually import or add their own or competitors’ URLs or any other data.
Data warehouse
It’s one of the business intelligence methods by which a large amount of data is analysed and processed to support decision-making and management in the enterprise. In this step product matching and structuring happens.
Product matching - the process of matching identical products from various sources through deep learning technologies.

User interface
At this point, our data is sorted, structured and ready for interpretation. Here comes the core value of KLIKER – accurate business data represented through relevant business KPIs, ready to use in the decision-making process.
KPIs (KPI - key performance indicator) appear on the dashboard of our user interface in the form of graphs, numbers, and percentages. By reading graphs from the dashboard our users make everyday business decisions based on real-time data.
