KLIKER Digital Content

Your product page is your packaging online. KLIKER Digital Content monitors how your products are actually presented on retailer sites — images, video, rich content, ratings, reviews and banner placement.

What this product contains

Price tells you whether you are competitive. Content tells you whether you are convertible. KLIKER Digital Content captures the state of your product detail pages across monitored retailers: main image and gallery, video, rich / syndicated content, ratings and review counts, specifications, and banner and campaign placement — so a missing hero image or a stripped-out A+ block is a monitored fact rather than something a colleague happens to notice.

Field-by-field detail, and what each field looks like benchmarked against competitors, is on product content analytics. This page is about the product itself: what it covers, how it is scoped, and what it depends on.

Scope

How this product is licensed

Content monitoring is more source-dependent than price monitoring, so what is available is established per retailer before anything is configured.

Coverage

Per source, per category

Which retailers can be monitored for content, and to what depth, is confirmed source by source during scoping. Additional sources are an add-on.

No field promised before it is verified
Dependency

What the retailer publishes

KLIKER records what is on the page. If a retailer never exposes a field, it cannot be measured — and that absence is itself reported rather than left blank.

Gaps are visible, not silent
Pairing

Independent of KLIKER 4P

The two products are licensed separately. KLIKER 4P answers “am I competitive”; Digital answers “am I properly presented”. Most brand teams license both.

Cadence

Fresh market data through the day

Product pages are re-read across licensed markets and categories through the day, so a change is dated rather than discovered at the next audit.

Content changes carry a date
Alerting

Change notifications

A removed main image, video or rich-content block can be surfaced as a notification to the person who owns that page.

The owner hears about it first
Teams

Who licenses it

E-commerce, brand content, trade marketing and key account teams — usually the people who supplied the assets and cannot see whether they were used.

Evidence for the retailer conversation

Why it earns its place

Content problems are invisible until you measure them

Nobody files a ticket when a retailer drops your third gallery image. The listing still works. It just converts worse.

  • Evidence for the retailer conversation — a dated record of what was on the page
  • Prioritised fix list — by retailer, category or product
  • Trend over time — is execution improving or drifting
  • Alerts — notify the owner when key content disappears

Questions

KLIKER Digital Content FAQ

Is KLIKER Digital Content separate from KLIKER 4P?

Yes, they are separate products and are licensed independently. Many customers run both: Pricing answers “am I competitive”, Digital answers “am I properly presented”.

Which retailers can be monitored for content?

Content monitoring depends on the retailer and category and is confirmed per source during scoping. Additional sources can be added as an add-on. This applies to every content field, including search and banner signals.

Can I be alerted when content is removed?

Content changes are tracked between updates, so a removed main image, video or rich-content block is recorded with the date it happened and can be surfaced as an alert.

Does KLIKER store screenshots as evidence?

Evidence capture depends on the source and on what your configuration includes. What is available for your scope is confirmed during scoping.
