KLIKER Telco

Telecom offers are not a price — they are a package. KLIKER Telco monitors the published commercial offer so tariffs, devices and the total cost a customer pays across the contract are comparable operator to operator.

What this product contains

KLIKER Telco monitors the published commercial offer: tariff plans and their parameters, devices offered with them, upfront and monthly components, and contract length — so competitiveness can be compared on the basis a customer actually decides on, rather than on headline monthly price alone.

It is licensed as a separate product from KLIKER 4P. Operators that also sell accessories or open-market hardware usually license both.

Questions

KLIKER Telco FAQ

Does KLIKER Telco cover open-market device retail as well as operator channels?

Device benchmarking can include operator channels and open-market online retail, depending on the sources licensed in your scope. That combination is usually the point — the customer compares both.

How is total cost calculated?

Total cost combines the upfront component, the recurring monthly component and the contract term. The exact definition is configured per operator so it matches your internal commercial logic.

Which operators and markets are covered?

Coverage is licensed per scope: the markets you compete in and the operators and channels you name. Which sources are active for you is confirmed before configuration.

Can telco data be delivered by API?

Yes. The same delivery channels apply: dashboard, scheduled reports, live Excel workbooks, API and MCP.
