Market intelligence is only useful if you trust it in a meeting. Here is how KLIKER data is collected, matched, validated and refreshed — and what we deliberately do not claim about it.
KLIKER monitors licensed online retail sources, extracts the commercial facts from each product page, matches those listings to a normalised product so that comparisons are like for like, runs validation and history checks before anything becomes a chart, and refreshes the whole picture up to 7 times a day across your licensed markets and categories. Where something cannot be verified, it is marked rather than smoothed over.
Pipeline
Each licensed source is handled with source-specific extraction, because no two retailers publish the same fields in the same way.
Listings are matched to a normalised product using attributes and specifications, not product titles alone.
Records carry validation states. Anomalies are checked against the product’s own history before they reach a report.
Every observation is kept with its date, which is what makes price history and change detection possible.
Dashboard, benchmarking, scheduled reports, live Excel, API and MCP — all from the same validated dataset.
Data quality
Any monitoring platform will occasionally see something odd. What matters is whether it gets caught.
Coverage
KLIKER monitors 5000+ retailers across EMEA and 50+ product categories. Nobody monitors “the internet”, though — what matters is the defined set of sources, categories and markets your subscription actually covers.
Coverage is configured per country. Which markets are active for your categories is confirmed during scoping.
Retailers, webshops and marketplaces are added individually. Additional sources are available as an add-on.
Category coverage varies by market. Extra categories can be added to an existing subscription.
Ask for the current coverage list for your categories and markets rather than relying on a headline number — that is the answer that actually affects your decision.
Questions
High-frequency market monitoring, with up to 7 data refreshes per day across licensed markets and categories. The exact frequency varies by source and category, so KLIKER publishes an upper bound rather than making a blanket real-time claim.
Through source-specific extraction plus attribute and specification data, so matching does not depend on retailers naming a product the same way. Matches carry validation states, and questionable ones are reviewed rather than published.
History exists from the point monitoring began for that source and category. How much of it your subscription includes is part of your scope, and the look-back window can be extended as an add-on.
KLIKER does not publish a single accuracy percentage, because it would not hold equally across every source, category and market. Instead we describe the process: source-specific extraction, matching, validation states, history checks, a data-quality team and in-app tickets for anything you spot.
From publicly available online retail sources that are licensed into your configuration. KLIKER does not disclose the technical details of its collection infrastructure.
The platform is built around commercial product data — prices, promotions, availability, assortment and product content. See the privacy notice for how personal data relating to your own users is handled.
