How is a live Excel report different from exporting to Excel?
An export is a snapshot: the moment you save it, it starts going stale, and next week you repeat the whole process. A live report keeps its connection — you refresh the same workbook and the current data replaces the old, leaving your pivots and formatting intact.
Does it work with our existing template?
Live workbooks are built around the structure you need, so they can follow the report your organisation already uses. That is agreed when the report is set up.
What data can the workbook return?
The data in your licensed scope — your markets, categories, retailers and products. Access follows your subscription, so a workbook cannot return data you are not licensed for.
Can we use Power BI instead?
Yes. If your reporting layer is Power BI or another BI tool, the KLIKER API is usually the better fit — same data, delivered as a feed rather than a workbook.
Is live Excel included in the subscription?
