Reporting automation

Don’t just automate data collection. Automate the reporting that follows.

Collecting market data is the easy half. The work that actually eats the week is what happens afterwards — the matching, the pivots, the formatting, the sending. KLIKER takes over that part, in the format your organisation already uses.

The short answer

KLIKER delivers market data four ways, and three of them require no one to open the platform. The differentiator is not that KLIKER exports files — it is that KLIKER can take over a recurring reporting process you already run, instead of asking your organisation to abandon it and move into another dashboard.

Delivery routes

Four ways the report reaches its readers

01

Scheduled reports

Recurring reports automatically delivered to your inbox — and to the people who will never log into a dashboard: management, sales, regional teams, key accounts.

02

Custom Reports — your reporting logic, automated

Don’t adapt your business to our reports. KLIKER builds the reporting structure around your KPIs, retailer logic, categories, brands, competitors, markets and benchmarking methodology — then takes over the repetitive part of producing and updating it.

03

Live Excel reports

Refresh-on-demand Excel workbooks connected directly to the KLIKER database. No manual exports. No copy–paste workflows. No wondering which file is current.

API integration

Connect KLIKER directly into your BI or reporting infrastructure — Power BI, internal analytics, ERP — and let your existing reporting layer do the presenting.

Time savings

What disappears from the week

Reporting automation is the clearest before-and-after in the platform, because everyone already knows how long the manual version takes.

The manual reporting week

  • Export from several sources, one at a time
  • Clean and match product names by hand
  • Rebuild the same pivot tables
  • Re-apply formatting so it matches last month
  • Chase the one number that looks wrong
  • Email the file, then email the corrected file

With KLIKER reporting

  • The report is defined once, with your KPI structure
  • Products are already matched and normalised
  • Delivery happens on schedule, to a distribution list
  • Excel users hit refresh instead of rebuilding
  • Everyone reads the same version
  • Analysts spend the time on the analysis

Process automation

Your reporting logic. Automated.

Most vendors ask you to replace your reporting. That is why adoption stalls — the report everyone reads has been refined over years and nobody wants to relearn it. KLIKER works the other way round: your existing management report doesn’t have to disappear, it gets automated.

Don’t adapt your business to our reports. We adapt KLIKER reporting to your business.

Step 01

Show us the file

Bring the recurring report or Excel workflow your team maintains today — the actual file, with its structure and its quirks.

Step 02

We map what is automatable

Which parts come from market data KLIKER already monitors, which need configuration, and which stay manual because they depend on your internal systems.

Step 03

The repetitive part goes away

Collecting, matching, refreshing and delivering runs automatically. The report keeps the structure everyone already reads.

Not every report can be automated end to end. Which parts of yours can be is established from the actual file — the limits are set out on automated e-commerce reporting.

Questions

Reporting FAQ

Can KLIKER match the report format we already use internally?

That is what custom reports are for. The KPI structure, retailer grouping, competitive set and layout are built around your existing report, so recipients do not have to learn a new format. The goal is process automation, not report customisation: the file keeps its identity, the work behind it stops.

Who can receive scheduled reports?

Anyone on the distribution list you define — including people without a platform login. That is usually the point: management, sales and regional teams get the output without another tool to adopt.

What is the difference between a scheduled report and a live Excel report?

A scheduled report is pushed to you on a cadence — it arrives whether or not anyone asks. A live Excel report is pulled: the workbook sits on your machine or drive and refreshes against the KLIKER database whenever you want current data. Many customers use both.

Are reports included or are they an add-on?

Standard reporting and export are part of the dashboard. Custom enterprise reports and live Excel workbooks are add-ons, because they are built and maintained around your specific structure. See plans & add-ons.

How current is the data in a report?

Reports reflect the latest available data for your licensed markets and categories, collected and updated multiple times throughout the day. A live Excel workbook shows the state at the moment you refresh it.
