Listed, in stock, correctly priced and properly presented — four conditions that have to be true at the same time, at every retailer, every day. KLIKER checks all four so you don’t have to.
The digital shelf is the online equivalent of the physical shelf: the set of retailer product pages where a customer finds, compares and buys your product. Digital shelf visibility is the measure of whether your portfolio is present and correctly represented there — listed at the retailer, in stock, priced as agreed, and presented with the content you supplied. KLIKER monitors those conditions across the retailers you license and reports where they fail.
The four checks
The product was agreed with the retailer but never appeared, or quietly disappeared after a range review.
Missing listings, with datesListed but unbuyable — and nobody upstream knows how long it has been that way.
Availability by retailer over timeSelling far from the intended position, or being undercut by a competitor on the same page.
Price position per retailerMissing images, no video, stripped rich content, thin reviews — a page that converts worse than it should.
Content gaps, per product pageRetailer execution
Retailer conversations change when the claim comes with a dated, comparable record rather than a screenshot from last month.
Questions
Related, not identical. This page is about the four conditions that have to be true for a product to sell at all — listed, in stock, correctly priced, properly presented. Digital shelf analytics is the measurement layer on top of that, including Digital Shelf Share.
Through a combination of listing coverage, availability, price position and product content completeness, measured per retailer and tracked over time. KLIKER collects the underlying facts multiple times throughout the day, so the metric reflects the current shelf rather than a periodic audit.
Listing, availability and price come from KLIKER 4P; images, video, rich content, ratings and reviews come from KLIKER Digital Content. Teams that want the full four-check picture usually license both.
Monitored data is continuously refreshed throughout the day across licensed markets and categories, so a listing that disappears shows up in the next update rather than at the next quarterly review.
Name the retailer where you suspect the shelf is worst. We will run the four checks on it live.
