Commercial model

Plans & add-ons.

KLIKER is a subscription, quoted per scope. This page is about how that quote is put together and what moves it. What each product actually does is on the platform overview.

How a quote is built

Four inputs determine the price: which products you license, how much of the market they cover (markets, retailers, categories), how many users need direct access, and which add-ons you switch on. Because coverage and delivery vary so much between customers, KLIKER does not publish list prices — a scoped quote is more honest than a number that would be wrong for most readers.

Scope

What moves the number

Four dials, and they move independently. Most first quotes come down by turning one of them down, not by negotiating a discount.

Dial 01

Our products

Pricing, Digital and Telco are licensed separately. A team that needs price position does not need to license page content to get it.

License the product that answers your question
Dial 02

Market coverage

Markets, retail sources and categories. This is usually the largest single factor, and the one most often set wider than a team actually needs in year one.

Start with the market you compete in
Dial 03

Seats

Only people who work in the dashboard need a licence. Everyone who just reads the numbers is reached by scheduled reports instead.

Fewer seats than most teams assume
Dial 04

Add-ons

API, MCP, custom reports, live Excel, custom Power BI, extra sources and extended history are switched on individually, when there is a reason to.

Nothing bundled that nobody opens

Getting started

What a first scope usually looks like

  • One product — the one that matches the question the team is stuck on
  • One market — where the commercial pressure actually is
  • The categories one team owns — not the full catalogue
  • A small number of seats — the people who will open it weekly
  • One delivery route — usually the recurring report that already exists

Talk through your scope

Expanding later costs less than buying breadth you have not used yet.

Markets, categories, sources, seats and history can all be extended mid-subscription. The one thing that cannot be bought retroactively is history for a period that was never monitored — which is the argument for starting on the scope you care about most, sooner rather than wider.

Questions

Commercial FAQ

What is the smallest sensible starting scope?

Typically one product, one market and the categories one team actually owns, with a small number of seats. Reporting reaches everyone else, so a pilot rarely needs many licences.

Can we add markets or categories mid-subscription?

Yes. Additional data sources and additional categories exist precisely for that, and extra seats can be added individually or in blocks.

How is history handled if we extend later?

Extended history is available from the point monitoring started for that source — it does not create data for a period that was never monitored.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the four dials above make the honest range too wide to be useful. A published figure would be wrong for most readers in one direction or the other, so KLIKER quotes against a defined scope instead.

What is the MCP add-on?

An add-on that opens the data you license to compatible AI assistants and agents through one standard connector. KLIKER supplies the market intelligence; the AI tooling stays whatever your organisation already runs. See KLIKER MCP.
