Solution

Price monitoring that doesn’t stop at price.

Knowing a competitor’s price is the start of the question, not the answer. KLIKER monitors the price and the promotion, the stock, the listing and the page behind it — so you know why the number moved.

Stop checking competitor prices manually.

KLIKER continuously monitors competitor prices, promotions, assortment and availability across online retailers — so your team doesn’t have to. No tab-by-tab checking, no spreadsheet of screenshots, no gaps on the days nobody had time.

What is e-commerce price monitoring?

E-commerce price monitoring is the continuous, automated collection of the prices published on online retailer pages, matched to specific products so that prices can be compared across retailers and tracked over time. It replaces manual checking — opening retailer sites and copying prices into a spreadsheet — with a consistent, continuously refreshed record that covers the whole monitored market rather than whichever products someone had time to look at.

Done properly it captures more than a number: the regular price, the promotional price and its mechanic, whether the product was actually in stock at that price, and whether it was listed at all. A price on an out-of-stock product is not a competitive price.

Questions

Price monitoring FAQ

What is e-commerce price monitoring?

In practice: every price a retailer publishes is read, tied to a specific product, and kept with its date — so a comparison across retailers is possible at all, and so “when did that change?” has an answer. The one-line definition is in the glossary.

How often are prices collected?

Prices are collected and updated multiple times throughout the day across licensed markets and categories. Frequency varies by source, so KLIKER describes this as continuously refreshed rather than real-time.

How do you know two listings are the same product?

Through product matching: source-specific extraction plus attribute and specification data, rather than product titles alone. Every price comparison on this page depends on that step — the validation and review process behind it is set out in how the data works.

Does KLIKER reprice our products automatically?

No. KLIKER supplies the market evidence; the pricing decision and your pricing systems stay yours. There is no automated repricing and no sales forecasting.

Is KLIKER just a price monitoring tool?

No. Price monitoring is one of six connected intelligence layers. KLIKER also monitors promotions, availability, assortment, digital shelf position and product content, keeps multi-year history, and automates the reporting that follows. Teams that only need a price feed are usually better served by something smaller.

Can we get the price data into our own systems?

Yes — via the API, a live Excel workbook, or scheduled reports. See automated e-commerce reporting.
