Who it’s for // Brands & vendors

Your products live on shelves you don’t control.

Brand, category, channel and sales teams manage performance through retailers — without seeing most of what happens there. KLIKER gives back the view: presence, price position, promotion pressure and page quality, refreshed through the day, across the market.

What brands use KLIKER for

Brands sell through retailers they do not control, which makes market position something you have to measure rather than observe. KLIKER answers three things: what is happening in the market, where competitors are stronger than you, and where the opportunities to improve your position are.

  • Know your market — competitor prices, promotions, assortment and availability across every monitored retailer.
  • Outperform your competition — product presence, assortment coverage, share of the digital shelf, content quality, search and banner visibility, benchmarked against the competitive set.
  • Retailer execution monitoring — who honours the agreement and who quietly does not.
  • Reporting automation — the weekly and monthly market reports arrive instead of being built.

Decisions

The questions brand teams answer with KLIKER

  • How are our products positioned against competitors?
  • Which retailers are missing products from our assortment?
  • Which retailer stopped listing our hero SKU?
  • Where are we losing share of the digital shelf?
  • Where are competitors gaining visibility?
  • How visible is our brand in retailer search results?
  • Are our promotional banners actually visible?
  • Where is our product content incomplete or incorrect?
  • How are competitor prices and promotions changing?
  • Where are the biggest opportunities to strengthen our position?

From a drop in position to a retailer conversation. The market view shows where you slipped → the analysis shows which retailer and which products are behind it → the export lands in the next key-account meeting with the evidence attached.

Questions

For brands FAQ

We already get data from our retailers. Why add KLIKER?

Retailer data tells you about your own products at that retailer. KLIKER shows the whole monitored market on comparable terms — including competitors and the retailers that do not share data — and it is the same structure everywhere, so a benchmark across retailers is possible at all.

Which products do brands usually license?

Most start with KLIKER 4P and add KLIKER Digital Content when the e-commerce content team joins.

How many people need a licence?

That depends on how many teams use the platform directly. Because scheduled reports and live Excel workbooks reach people without a login, the seat count is usually smaller than the number of people who consume the data. Extra seats can be added individually or in blocks.

Can KLIKER produce our existing weekly report?

Yes — that is what custom enterprise reports are for. Bring the file you build today and it becomes the template.
